*RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY*
At Stylez n Trendz, we understand it can be difficult choosing the right size when purchasing clothing online. That’s why we are committed to your satisfaction by accepting returns of all items, excluding Clearance, in exchange for Store Credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are not included in the Store Credit amount. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and items must be in the same condition received. We do not charge re-stocking fees, although you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs (unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival). Store credit is processed immediately once we receive your item.
Items may be returned in the same package they were received or in anything else accepted by the Post Office. Please include the invoice in your package to expedite the return process. USPS First Class Mail is the most affordable option and provides a tracking number for your reference. After we receive your item, we will issue you Store Credit via an E-Gift Card that will be sent to you via email. E-Gift Cards do not include any restrictions and may be applied towards any items on our website.
